De transparante Kabuflex®-mof van PP heeft een dubbele controlefunctie: enerzijds is in één oogopslag zichtbaar of de noodzakelijke afdichtringen aanwezig zijn en of deze de juiste positie hebben. Anderzijds kan de insteekdiepte van de buis worden gecontroleerd. Deze dubbele steekmof wordt gebruikt voor een zanddichte verbinding van Kabuflex-buizen. De verbinding van Kabuflex met een dubbele steekmof en profielafdichtring WD is op elke buis waterdicht tot 0,5 bar.
