Dit is een MX uitschakelspoel voor Compact NSX, PowerPact Multistandard en EasyPact CVS vermogensschakelaars. De nominale spanning is 380 tot 415 VAC 50/60 Hz, of 440 tot 480 VAC 60 Hz. Het is een hulpapparaat dat wordt gebruikt voor toepassingen voor nooduitschakeling of externe opening. Deze hulpschakelaar opent de stroomonderbreker wanneer de regelspanning Un stijgt tot boven 70% van de nominale spanning Un. Het voldoet aan de IEC 60947-2-norm. Deze shuntactivering is een accessoire dat is goedgekeurd door UL Listed/CSA. De Compact NSX, PowerPact Multistandard en EasyPact CVS kunnen worden uitgerust met 1 MX of 1 MN hulpelement.
