Hij is bijna niet te zien. Maar hij ziet zelf alles. STEINEL is niet alleen de pionier op het gebied van hoogfrequente-sensoren, maar past die ook als eerste met succes toe in aanwezigheidsmelders. Met veel voordelen, met name bij toepassingen in openbare ruimtes, zoals toiletten. Aangezien HF zonder lens functioneert, is de HF 360 erg plat en nauwelijks te herkennen als 'oppasser'. Hij biedt daarom nauwelijks oppervlakken die door vandalen zouden kunnen worden beschadigd.
